CF RAOUL team has brought together professionals from various fields. First of all, these are the people who work each day directly with children participating in the project – the tutors.
Tutors support young people in their everyday life by explaining how to act in various situations — how to buy clothes, get to the city center or to solve a difficult task in mathematics.
Each participant has a tutor- a person who can listen to him/her with understanding, take part in the youngster’s problems,
give support and advice. Tutors also help the children to plan their lives, set goals and achieve them.
The main objective of tutors’ support is to facilitate the youngsters’ getting into new adult and independent life after the orphanage, take their own decisions, solve their own problems and become a full-fledged member of the society.
Tutors’ work is coordinated, planned and supervised by the Programme director – an expert in social pedagogic and psychology, a person who has developed the program of social adaptation and is responsible for both strategy and tactics and full operation of the programme.
